EMPIRE Retreat meets the challenge by providing food and beverages keeping with our philosophy of lavish comfort and relaxation. Our home-cooked breakfast starts the day with an organic buffet and farm fresh, free-range eggs cooked to order. Lunch hampers are the perfect solution for an afternoon meal and our gourmet platters are popular for an evening spent at the Retreat.
Wines from the EMPIRE Estate Vineyard complement our food. Producing award-winning fullflavoured wines favoured by our guests, our 12 acres of vine yield Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay varieties and blends.
