Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your wedding reservation. Should this occur, please note that as a small establishment, cancellation fees will be incurred.

• If you able to inform us of your cancellation with more than ninety days notice, then your deposit and venue fee will be refunded less a $500.00 accounting fee.
• If less than ninety (90) days notice is given a cancellation fee of 20% of both the total reserved accommodation and venue fee will be charged.
• If less than sixty (60) days notice is given 50% of the both the total reserved accommodation and venue fee will be charged. If canceling within one month of the wedding date, no refund will be given, guests are charged for the total of their reserved stay and venue fee.
